Homecoming

The dance was AMAZING! Going out to dinner with all my friends was a blast and the food was super yummy! The dance itself was so much fun and for once my feet didn't start hurting 20 minutes in! Everyone looked lovely in their dresses <3
Homecoming week is going awesome. This year I am going all out with participating the event days! I cannot wait for the game on Friday and see our football team win again! Senior year is rockin!

Homework Anyone?

How much homework can we assign Tasha? Apparently a lot. Literature is suppose to be an enjoyable class, but why do we have to answer a billion questions of a three page story? Why can we not just read and discuss?

Trust Broken

I may be typing this in the heat of the moment but here it goes. The trust I had with my boyfriend's mother has been broken. She is the type of person that tends to run her mouth to much and invitingly give out information that needed to maintain private. She talked about recent vomiting experience with another peer of mine. No not a fellow mother who has been through this countless times, but a peer of mine to whom I am not perticular friends with! So when a different peer approached me today asking if I was okay I was very confused. I soon became the butt of a joke, and disgusting in everyone's eyes for the rest of the period. When I called my boyfriend later, she picked up the phone and when I tried to explain to her how embarrisng the situation was for me, she did not care or chose to ignore my plea. I learn later she ranted to my boyfriend about how rude I was for calling her out on such a act. I will not apologize for what I said, because it is true and I meant it. I am unsure of how I will show my face around her house for awhile though. It is times like these where I want to fall back on old habits.

Camera Time!

I finally have a camera again! After losing the last two I owned, bought by my parents and boyfriend, I finally just owned up and bought one myself. Oh and how my wallet aches! Hopefully this should be motivation though, to keep my precious baby safe from harm and always in my sight! Even if the misfortune were to happening if I dropped it, I have coverage! Yay! I tend to drop a lot of things and this is awesome, but again my wallet goes "owwww".
Finally having a nice, sleek camera makes me feel reassured that this year won't fly by me without any pictures at least. That one of my underlining worries, that I won't have enough pictures to catch all the good memories. Day 1 of having my camera and I've been doing good so far! I hope to keep facebook and this blog updated with my memories as they go on and on.

Friday Football

I love Friday night football games. The food, the people, and of course the victory of the Comets! If we continue winning games like we did last year, North Polk will go to the UNI Dome for the championship game! Road tripping with Sabrina last year was super fun and if we had that opportunity again I would take it in a heartbeat! Meanwhile, I had the most awesome night with Sabrina laughing and dancing to the marching band. I wish Christopher could have been at the game to partake in the adventures events of the night, but it certainly is not the last home game of the year. In fact our next home game is homecoming week! What a night that will be when football moms and dads will be physced out to the max, and cheerleaders will be at their most preppiest! Who knows what could happen at that point :) I am doing my best to try and embrace every aspect of this senor year

Senority

Being a senor is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but it feels like everything is happening so fast. ACTS, colleges, parents, friends, work, etc... It feels like everyone is breathing down my neck sometimes waiting for me to do something spontaneous. I wish I could please everyone, yet I know it is impossible.
